Get Involved

001Siouxland Habitat for Humanity brings people together to create and preserve home ownership in our neighborhoods, to partner with hard-working, low-income families to be successful homeowners, and to inspire action that promotes affordable housing for everyone in our community.  Here are some of the ways you can get involved:

Donations: Financial & Material Resources

The contributions necessary to purchase land and materials for home construction as well as to fund our extensive program support for the families we serve is raised locally. Likewise, those monies raised locally are invested locally, making Siouxland Habitat for Humanity a uniquely local philanthropy.  Click here to learn more.

Volunteering: Time & Talents

We welcome people from all walks of life to join us as we build simple, decent, affordable houses in partnership with God and families in need. Though the vast majority have no construction experience or building skills, volunteers are involved in most phases of construction.  Click here to learn more.

Special Events

Fundraising events held by individuals and our community partners allow Siouxland Habitat for Humanity to increase our capacity to build more homes with families in need. Without the compassion of people like you, we could not make the dream of homeownership a reality for families in need. Your time, energy and contributions help make all this possible.

If you have chosen to raise funds for Siouxland Habitat through an event, we are eager to support you. To get started, please contact us to find out how Siouxland Habitat can help you help us.
